I use this meditation every day. Sitting or lying down, I put my left hand on my heart, and my right hand on top of the left. Breathing deep and slow I feel my heart beating for a minute. Exhaling I chant the word “Love” and let it vibrate deep in my soul.
Lifting my hands off I send my love across the globe; feeling, sensing, imaging it is knocking down all the borders and boundaries, engulfing and loving everyone and everything. Then I send it out into the universe.
I am the love, I am loving, and I am loved! There is so much love in the universe. There isn’t room for anything else. Nothing else matters, nothing else is important, nothing else counts.
It’s all gone! My fear, ego, anger, possessions, time (past, future, clocks, calendars), money, poverty. All
gone!
I AM love! With so much love-- -I am 5-D. I AM changing. I even let go of this body, I release it. I trade it in. I envision myself with a beautiful, tall, healthy, young looking (forever) body of crystalline.
All my love of high energy and frequencies fills that body along with all 13 chakras spinning with love energies. All 13 DNA strands are open and spinning enabling me to use telepathy, telekinesis, and
teleportation.
Now I am completely and totally fully conscious in the 5th Dimension. I am one with the universe.
We are all one. I am one with the universe. I am one with the source, the creator, the Mother/Father God. I am one with the universe. But still I have my own identity with skills, gifts, and talents to serve
the universe. We are all one.
As a being of light, I am ready to explore and serve the universe with ALL my spiritual guides.
