That current popular song “Let it Go” is so true. It has been found that people who freely express emotions may live longer after heart attacks. A Belgian study of 300 heart attack survivors found that those who bottled up held their negative emotions, especially anger and fear, were four times more likely to die with 6-10 years after the attacks, than those who express their emotions. Researchers speculate that unexpressed emotions feel greater stress, which can cause spasms in the arties and increases the tendency for blood clots. They both contribute to heart problems. This motto even goes for everything in your life. Simplify! Let Go, and let live! More info here.
