3.   Laugh - a good belly laugh massages your internal organs.
         >>Momma Bear: "This is positively my last year as a den mother!"
         >> Overheard at a party: "They're a perfect pair. He's a pill and she's a headache."

    2.   Look in a mirror. Take your pointer fingers, place them on each side of your mouth, and push up.  SMILE!   Guaranteed to put you in a good mood with  less stress.

     1.   Take 20 deep breaths each day.  Just close your eyes and pause - breathe deep.  Guaranteed to work!  Because you can't get angry while deep breathing.
