 Want to Start the new year with better fitness?
 ​You can with 10,000 steps a day.  Here's how!
 Measure how much you walk with a pedometer. They       are inexpensive.
 1. Take a walk at lunch time every day.
 2. Park further away from your destination.
3. Get together with friends and walk, instead of a coffee break.
4. Use the stairs, not the elevator or escalator.
5. If you bike, row, or swim, count every 10 minutes of exercise as 1,000 steps.
Before you know it, you'll have your 10,000 steps.
